Dead Sea Mud Wrap

Today we are spotlighting our Dead Sea Mud Wrap.  

As stated on WoodSprite Organic Body's website "Dead Sea Mud, obtained freshly from the shores of the Dead Sea in Jordan, contains 10 times the minerals and salts found in ordinary sea water, and its fine texture lifts impurities and toxins from deep within the pores, refining and detoxifying at the same time. Dead Sea Mud is also an excellent treatment for those with psoriasis, acne and eczema."

The treatment begins with full body dry brushing.  Dry brushing is great for detoxing, exfoliating and stimulating the lymphatic system.  Next, WoodSprite's Organic Dead Sea Mud is applied to the body.  Then the client is wrapped in strips of cloth.  Warm towels and blanket are applied and the client is wrapped and left to relax for 25 to 30 minutes.    The cloth strips will then be removed and the client will make their way to the shower to rinse the remaining dead sea mud off.  Following the shower the client will return to the table for a light application of jojoba oil.  The Dead Sea Mud Wrap takes approx. 1.5 hours.  A therapeutic massage or facial can be added to this service.  This is a great treatment to do at the beginning of each season.
